Learn Self-Hypnosis: An Introductory evening workshop

This workshop will provide an excellent introduction to the fascinating topic of hypnosis. You’ll learn the science behind hypnosis, the evidence for it’s efficacy, and how to do self-hypnosis.

Self-hypnosis can be used to relax, reduce anxiety, reduce pain and discomfort, induce sleep, increase confidence, change habits and improve performance. “Strategic Self-Hypnosis” is the deliberate use of hypnotic thinking to make specific improvements in how we feel, think and respond to situations.

Fundamentally, learning how to do self-hypnosis increases our self-confidence as we learn how to turn thinking and imagination to our own advantage (do you experience your mind as a friend and useful tool?)
