Hypnosis is a natural state that we enter into many times a day. It is when our critical mind is switched off and we become absorbed in something or simply day dream.

What is Hypnotherapy?

In hypnotherapy we simply use the natural state of hypnosis to allow us to access both the conscious and subconscious mind. Through this natural state of deep absorption and openness, new thought habits can be introduced deeply into the mind.

Will I be under your power? Will I lose control?

Not at all! You stay in control all the time. I can't make you do anything you don't want to do.

How many sessions?

Stop Smoking is effective in a single two hour session.
Most other treatments can show considerable progress after a single session - however usually an effective treatment (i.e. one that "sticks") takes four to six sessions.
